Institute of Political Science (Sciences Po), Paris
Sciences Po 1

The Institute of Political Science, Paris, Institut d'Etudes Politiques (IEP) de Paris, commonly called Sciences Po, is one of the most prestigious institutions in France and has traditionally educated France's political and diplomatic elite since its inauguration in 1872. It is generally thought to be one of the world's most reputable and prestigious schools of the social sciences.

It has about 9,000 students over seven campuses around France. The Paris campus is in the heart of the city and there are satellite campuses in Dijon, Le Havre, Menton, Nancy, Poitiers and Reims. All third-year undergraduate students of Sciences Po spend their entire third year abroad on exchange.
